Privacy notice

Connector is the Google Calendar connection used by the scheduling software that Virtus International LLC provides to businesses. A team member connects their own Google account so the software can see when they are busy and add the appointments booked with them to their calendar. This notice covers only the data received from Google.

What is accessed

The list of your calendars, to find your main calendar.
The events of the days you can be booked on, read only to work out when you are busy. Their titles and contents are not stored.
The events the software creates for appointments booked with you: it creates each one with a Google Meet link and deletes it when the appointment is cancelled.

What is kept

The access and refresh credentials Google issues for your account, stored in our database and never shown in the software, and the identifier and Meet link of each event the software created.

What is never done

Google data is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing the connection

Revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the connection stops working at once. To have the stored credentials deleted, write to info@virtusworldwide.com.

Connector es la conexión con Google Calendar que usa el software de agenda que Virtus International LLC ofrece a las empresas. Un miembro del equipo conecta su propia cuenta de Google para que el software sepa cuándo está ocupado y añada a su calendario las citas reservadas con él.

A qué se accede

La lista de tus calendarios, para encontrar el principal.
Los eventos de los días en que se te puede reservar, leídos solo para saber cuándo estás ocupado. Sus títulos y contenidos no se guardan.
Los eventos que el software crea para las citas reservadas contigo: crea cada uno con un enlace de Google Meet y lo elimina cuando la cita se cancela.

Qué se guarda

Las credenciales de acceso que Google emite para tu cuenta, guardadas en nuestra base de datos y nunca mostradas en el software, y el identificador y el enlace de Meet de cada evento que creó el software.

Qué nunca se hace

Los datos de Google nunca se venden, nunca se comparten con terceros, nunca se usan para publicidad ni para entrenar modelos de IA. El uso de la información recibida de las API de Google cumple la Política de datos de usuario de los servicios de API de Google, incluidos los requisitos de uso limitado.

Quitar la conexión

Revoca el acceso cuando quieras en myaccount.google.com/permissions. Para que borremos las credenciales guardadas, escribe a info@virtusworldwide.com.

Connector è il collegamento a Google Calendar usato dal software di prenotazione che Virtus International LLC fornisce alle aziende. Un membro del team collega il proprio account Google perché il software sappia quando è occupato e aggiunga al suo calendario gli appuntamenti prenotati con lui.

A cosa si accede

L'elenco dei tuoi calendari, per trovare quello principale.
Gli eventi dei giorni in cui puoi essere prenotato, letti solo per sapere quando sei occupato. Titoli e contenuti non vengono salvati.
Gli eventi che il software crea per gli appuntamenti prenotati con te: li crea con un link Google Meet e li elimina quando l'appuntamento viene annullato.

Cosa viene conservato

Le credenziali di accesso che Google rilascia per il tuo account, conservate nel nostro database e mai mostrate nel software, e l'identificativo e il link Meet di ogni evento creato dal software.

Cosa non viene mai fatto

I dati di Google non vengono mai venduti, mai condivisi con terzi, mai usati per la pubblicità né per addestrare modelli di IA. L'uso delle informazioni ricevute dalle API di Google rispetta la Google API Services User Data Policy, compresi i requisiti di uso limitato.

Rimuovere il collegamento
